All accepted papers about the topics of engineering will be submitted in the proceedings of ICICE 2018 (IEEE Xplore®, indexing by EI). Excellent papers selected from ICICE 2018 will be recommended to be published on suitable 10 different SCI journals after an additional review process and may need extra publication charge.

臺灣知識創新學會與國際多所知名大學，於2018年11月9日至11月13日，在中國浙江杭州市舉辦2018 International Conference on Innovation, Communication and Engineering (ICICE 2018)國際研討會，歡迎各位學界先進於2018年7月15日前踴躍投稿參加。研討會接受之工程類論文，將會刊登於IEEE Xplore® (indexed by EI)，並且將有超過200篇優秀論文，可推薦轉投至10種不同領域之SCI期刊   (需經三位專家審查及繳交SCI期刊出版費)  。本次研討會開放大家自行籌組invited session，每一session至少需有5篇論文，擔任session chair的學者，可參與該session的論文推薦轉投SCI期刊的審查。
